"I’ve had insurance with Statefarm for a while and paying bills is never too enjoyable, however there’s genuinely such kind, patient, and understanding agents here who work with you and not against you. Specifically I’d like to highlight Christian and Eric who have been so amazing and understanding to life lifing lol. Meaning when I’m sort they have also made sure to be patient with me and not only understanding but legitimately compassionate towards me. I had to postpone so many times I thought I’d get canceled on but never once have they ever gave me anything but reassurance and grace to get that payment towards them. It’s also super convenient that I’m able to just text Christian or Eric directly in regards to any questions, payment, or concerns. I can’t speak for other agents but I really feel like I got the best who make me feel like an actual human with regular life issues and they get that. I highly recommend these agents and I’m 20 I don’t even leave reviews lol but they truly deserve it :)!"

"My family and I have used Christian Sammons’ office for a long time and I can genuinely say I that I have never had a bad experience with anyone in that office. They are always incredibly friendly and patient when you call for help or information. Anytime you email them you get a friendly reply very quickly and more often than not your problem is solved within a few hours or less.
